In this regard, in accordance with national regulations (Regulation of the Polish Minister of Economy, Journal of Laws 2002 No. 191 item 1596) and European regulations (Directive 2009/104/EC), the employer is obliged to ensure that the equipment used by employees during work (including machines and devices) meets the minimum requirements (MW) for safety and health protection. The adaptation can be carried out by the employer themselves, but without sufficient expertise this involves a high risk. We help to check and adapt workplace equipment to the MR. We prepare workstations and machines to comply with applicable standards. We modify or implement appropriate safety measures: guards, scanners, safety gates.
